  • Pilates

    Our signature Pilates classes are designed for all bodies and experience levels, with a particular focus on your slow twitch, stabilising muscles. These support your stability, balance, postural alignment and help to strengthen your joints.

  • Stretch

    Our stretch classes focus on rebalancing and aligning your body so that you can move efficiently and free of pain. We address imbalances, improve posture and flexibility, relieve muscle pain and tension to allow greater mobility and function.

  • Barre

    Our Barre classes are a combination of pilates and ballet that are designed to lengthen your whole body and strengthen your core. You will increase your heart rate, improve your coordination and build cardio-strength whilst having fun.

  • Prenatal Pilates

    Our prenatal classes will guide you through your pregnancy to ensure you are moving safely and feeling supported. Our specialised programming is designed to build and maintain your strength as your body changes and help you prepare for birth. We can’t wait to nuture you through this special time.

  • Postnatal Pilates

    Our postnatal classes will guide you through your return to movement slowly and safely. We focus on rebuilding your abdominal connection and realigning your body postpartum.

  • Cardio

    Our cardio pilates classes are designed to get your heart rate up whilst still maintaining alignment and control throughout movements. They are a great addition to add on to the end of your workout to increase your energy.
