With over 9 years of experience the movement journal was designed to create change in all bodies, both physically and mentally. Georgie’s approach is warm, supportive and encouraging, making you feel safe at home whilst receiving that in-studio experience. Our functional movement method is designed to build strength and confidence in all bodies, from pilates beginners, to professional athletes, to pre and post natal mama’s.
